First Fidelity Real Estate Services was started in 2001 by Ron
Emert.  Ron has been in the commercial property management and
leasing business since 1993. Before starting First Fidelity, Ron was
with Beer Wells Real Estate Service, one of the oldest commercial
property service companies in the Dallas area.

First Fidelity currently manages over 30 commercial properties across
the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex.  Although the majority of our
assignments are retail in nature, we handle everything from full service
office to light industrial properties.
